Registration

Registration for the conference is available now using our online registration Web site.

The conference will be held on Wednesday, May 7. Sessions will be scheduled to make attendance possible across the Americas and some other parts of the world. The session schedule will be available closer to the conference date.

The cost to register for the conference is $119 US before April 23 and $139 after that date. This cost includes admission to all live sessions, all session materials (white papers and samples), immediate access to all recorded videos of the presentations, and access to online social events.

As our contribution to the Fox community, videos of the sessions will be publicly available for free on Geek Gatherings YouTube channel in September 2025.

Cancellation Policy

A 15% cancellation fee will be charged on all credit card registrations. A refund of the full registration fee, other than the cancellation fee, will be made if cancelled in writing prior to April 15. No refunds for cancellations received April 15 or later, but registration may be transferred to another person or applied to the next Geek Gatherings conference, if one is held by Geek Gatherings.
