Registration

Registration for the conference is now available using our online registration Web site.

The conference will be held over three days: Thursday, October 15; Wednesday, October 21; and Tuesday, October 27. We've chosen non-consecutive days in recognition of the difficulty of spending multiple days sitting in front of a screen learning. Sessions will be scheduled to make attendance possible across the Americas and some other parts of the world. The session schedule will be available in September.

The cost to register for Virtual Fox Fest is $49 US. This cost includes admission to all live sessions, all session materials (white papers and samples), and access to online social events

As our contribution to the Fox community, videos of the sessions will be made publicly available after the event for free.

Cancellation Policy

A 15% cancellation fee will be charged on all credit card registrations. A refund of the full registration fee, other than the cancellation fee, will be made if cancelled in writing prior to September 1. No refunds for cancellations received September 1 or later, but registration may be transferred to another person or applied to the next Geek Gatherings conference, if one is held by Geek Gatherings.
